ok.
so now i'm pissed.
they re-did all the network stuff at work, and now you have access to everyone's documents they have saved under their logon (when you click on department data, then click "personnel folders").
when they hired ben over me, i heard of this "matrix" they used to figure out who would get the job. the problem is, i got shafted.
in every single category for experience and know-how, i scored higher than he. he got one point higher in the interview stuff, and then, this is what i love, i got zero points for "application completeness," whereas he got five. oh yes, and his five points for having a resume.
if you wanted a fucking resume, you should have told me to bring you one. that's what the goddamned application is for.
oh, but apparently i didn't finish one. tell me how, then, if i didn't finish an application, it is that the website showed i matched that job, and i got an interview? if i'd had those five application points, we would have been tied. if the stupid resume points weren't even there, i would have won.
if i knew i wouldn't get fired, i'd walk up to them and punch them all in the face.
