my doctor filled a prescription for my headaches whose brand name is fiorinal, a combination of asprin, caffeine, and the habit-forming butalbital. this is what one website said of it:
Aspirin is a pain reliever, as well as an anti-inflammatory and a fever reducer. Butalbital is in a class of drugs called barbiturates that slow down your central nervous system and cause relaxation. Caffeine is believed to constrict dilated blood vessels that may contribute to tension headaches. Aspirin / butalbital / caffeine are most commonly used to relieve complex tension headaches. Aspirin / butalbital / caffeine may also be used for purposes other than those listed here.
the pharmacist said not to take it more than was needed because it was a controlled substance and i could become addicted to it. gee, sounds fun. at least it was only $15 for 30 pills.
there's a rabid spider loose in PG4. good thing layla's working my shift tonight instead of me. muwaha.
ha! there was a tiny spider hanging from layla's chin. man i'm glad i'm about to leave.
