me: "man, that's awful."
him: "what? they're pretty much the same characters. i mean, they both have gadgets and stuff."
me: "yeah, but dick tracy doesn't wear tights."
him: ":pause: :shrugs and nods: when i was a kid i always liked the dick tracy movie more, though."
me: "i'm pretty sure i was the only six-year-old girl with a crush on michael keaton."
