just yesterday i noted how sad it was that shoal creek was bare-ass dry, but now after that little storm, it's filled with raging rapids of death!!
the way people drive in the rain, you'd think it was the apocolypse. i wonder if people in the northwest have simultaneous heart attacks when it starts to sprinkle.
"no, it's rain...oh fine, try and kill it!"
