yesterday i got a letter from my sister, and it is the cutest thing in the history of all things cute.
when mom told her she'd sent it, sarah flipped out. "but that was my rough draft!!" she has really great handwriting normally, so don't think she's 10 and writes like a three-year-old.
on the envelope flap i got mom's patented affections:
this afternoon during my event shift, i spoke with doug and mom about moving early and having them come early. i asked cole while on the phone with doug, "could i bribe you to help me move?"
":grumble, grumble: we'll talk about that later."
"i can pay you in sexual favors. oh wait, you don't like girls."
doug: "gross."
"well i can't anyway; cole's gay."
doug: "you could always buy a strap-on. :laughs:"
"yeah, that'd be interesting."
mom took the phone and i asked, "would you like to join our strap-on conversation?"
"no, i'll just let that be y'all's thing."
i did all my finances through the middle of august and discovered i have enough money to move on june 15th. mom's going to come down that weekend, father's day weekend, to help. i told doug if he came to help, too, i'd buy him a meal and take him to the 3-d nascar IMAX. here's hoping. i'm just glad the kittens and i can get out soon.
cole and i went to mr. gatti's. it was rather uneventful outside of finding an onion in my pudding. damn those buffets. he paid for my food, though. the benefits of being a fag hag. ^_^
hopefully tonight cole will be my friend so i don't have to stay home with jennifer and her people. last night at 10:30 i told them, "you can't be this fucking loud all night. i have to work at seven tomorrow."
she: "well we're leaving at 11:30."
"ok, well, shut up."
once i got back upstairs i heard [i believe] marjan ask, "what was that all about?" of course they didn't quiet down, but i at least had to try. i almost returned to throw a cup of water on them and ask, "do you not understand 'shut the fuck up'?" tima's hard stare, however, told me it was best not to.
the kittens are getting mad being cooped up in my room all day. i cleared off the window sill for them, so they're a little more content for now. only 16 more days. :crosses her fingers:
