as you can see, there was a bit of an interruption in my abilify reporting. those are just some things i wrote at work when an errant need to write arose.
anyway, thursday went the usual course. nausea, a little dizziness, continued confusion. one thing i'm noticing is that my agitation level has gone through the roof for everyone. i don't really want to be around or talk to anyone, and when people do start talking to me it usually pisses me off.
friday was a little better (except for the agitation), and i thought about upping my dose from 2.5mg to 5mg saturday morning. yesterday there was just too much to do. i had to get rafi four new tires, an alignment, wash him, and we needed to go clothes shopping for tom�s (shorts for our vacation starting next week!). we also ended up going to aquatek to get a pleco (we only have three snails for cleaning a 29-gallon tank, so they need backup), verizon store since his phone's acting strange, and target (for the second time that day) to get some things they had on sale only through last night. so i think i'm glad i stuck with 2.5mg. i didn't feel the side effects nearly as badly. my stomach hurt, but i think it's because of all the canned coffee we bought at MT supermarket friday night.
if you happen to be in austin, i strongly suggest you visit MT supermarket. it's up on north lamar at kramer, and is "55,000 square feet of authentic Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Filipino, and Vietnamese products." they also have live fish and lobster tanks. it's just a paradise if you fetishize asian things like tom�s and i do (many people dream of visiting europe; we'd much rather go to japan). we have a thing for canned coffee and azuki bean ice cream, so on a whim we drove out there friday night 45 minutes before they closed and bought no less than 20 individual cans of coffee and soda, ice cream, pocky, and noodles. i felt ridiculous buying all this, and the two asian girls talking to one another and laughing at the checkout didn't help. nothing makes one so insecure as the sight of two young asian girls giggling.
ANYWAY, again, i just got up about an hour ago. tom�s is currently downstairs waxing rafi because he's the best damn person in the world. i was cleaning but paused to take my abilify and eat some granola with it to settle my stomach. of course i also had my thai coffee, so my stomach will probably hurt anyway. it's just so good! ^_^ on today's agenda is cleaning, laundry, more cleaning, going to tom�s's mom's to give her our key so she and nico can tend to the dozens of animals we have while we're out of town, and more shorts shopping. hopefully doubling my abilify dose won't affect me too badly.
i need to come up with a signature. for some reason i don't like <3, chels anymore. oh well.
