riddle of the female

last night owen and i went to see sex and the city, and it made me happy i'm not a man. in the very least, if i were a man, i'd be gay. the women in that theatre were making me uncomfortable without even directly interacting with me. they shrieked and yelled, and the one next to owen broke out in full sob at one point. (i remember thinking, this is an inappropriate time to laugh, but it turns out she was sobbing.) when steve told miranda he cheated on her, the theatre collectively gasped in horror. did they not see the trailer? because that was in it.

let's not forget the one i saw walking around out front wearing a boa. :/

i just don't get these people. they're like aliens to me. i do inadvertently work to hide the embarrassing femininity that lurks within me, but it's still not this bad. i'm sure that's part of why i was able to watch the show: miranda was always there to ridicule what was on screen.

i suppose that's all. i should go do some payroll.
