20. Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.
21. And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.
22. Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.
23. And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

i've decided to read the book of revelation. this is the kind of hardcore motherfucker i can get behind. but don't count on it. ;) i'm skipping through a few verses and understanding the concept of "the bible as literature."

i find the following two fantastic. it poetically elaborates on mom's statement that her relationship with god doesn't have anything to do with a room full of strangers, which is why she doesn't feel the need to attend church.

matthew 6:5: And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
6: But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

the campus christian retards need to read this.

<3, the omega (i'll let god be the alpha cause i'm a generous person like that.)
