for the low, low price in the subject, you can have your very own smith-corona typewriter, powder blue samsonite suitcase, and 1898 copy of an idyl of the wabash and other indiana stories by anna nicholas. owen offered to pay for half the typewriter once i started spazing out over it, rambling about how "my grandmother scoured the entire city of shreveport to find me a typewriter to no avail!" so it really only cost me around $50 total. w00+!
the paper says, "Typewriters are the SHIZNITE. *ding*" i love the little sound it makes when it reaches the end of the page. it makes me giggle. i also love how it has red ink, no !, and no number one. for the !, you have to make an apostrophe then backtrack to type a period. the number one you just use lower case L. sooo coooolll! it randomly advances two spaces, but i've figured out when; it makes an extra loud sound, so i just backtrack one space and finish the word.
